This award honors independent creators whose vision and passion continue to elevate the survival horror genre. Tainted Pact Games captivated players with Flesh Made Fear in Michael Cosio’s interesting take on Survival Horror, Moonglint’s Echoes of the Living almost 8 years in the making proves dedication and hardwork really pays off. Vincent Adinolfi showcased outstanding artistic and musical talent in Heartworm a story so beatiful it’s considered an instant classic. Games From the Abyss delivered uniquely atmospheric nightmares in a Love letter to Series B Movies in a slasher grindhouse mix that took everyone by surprise. And Dual Effect continued to champion classic survival horror design with modern polish proving Survival Horror is alive and kicking! Congrats to all these wonderful Game Devs and teams!
